1.1. This Pricing Policy governs all commercial offerings made available through the Ecliptum storefront at ecliptum.pro/store (the "Store"), operated under the trading name Ecliptum — Neuro-Acoustic Laboratory ("Ecliptum", "we", "us", "our"). All transactions are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, as described in Section 6.

1.2. Ecliptum is a digital audio engineering laboratory. We design, render, and license discrete acoustic-physics assets — precision frequency architectures combining solfeggio tuning, binaural phase shifting, and structured polyphonic composition — paired with synchronized 4K visual environments. Products are currently distributed exclusively as downloadable files and capped, schedule-based access bundles. Any future changes to delivery mechanism will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

1.3. This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read alongside, the Ecliptum Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict specifically regarding price, SKU composition, or billing mechanics, this Policy prevails.

2.1. Not a Streaming Service. Ecliptum does not operate an open-ended media-streaming catalog. There is no continuous on-demand library, no infinite-scroll content feed, and no unrestricted catalog access comparable to audio or video streaming platforms. Every commercial offering on the Store is either (a) a discrete, individually licensed digital file package (one-time purchase), or (b) a fixed, capped allotment of specific named assets delivered on a defined weekly cadence under a recurring license (subscription). Both models constitute finite, itemized digital asset delivery — not unlimited streaming access.

2.2. Copyright-Based Usage Licensing. All Ecliptum products are licensed under a copyright-based usage framework. The license grant described in these policies derives from Ecliptum's exclusive intellectual property rights over its audio compositions, visual environments, and technical documentation — rights that arise automatically under international copyright law (including the Berne Convention) upon creation of the work, without requiring separate commercial trademark or brand registration. Each SKU constitutes a versioned, file-based digital product with a fixed technical specification, delivered and retained by the Client — the opposite of a streaming session that exists only while connectivity persists.

2.3. Public Preview Channel. Ecliptum maintains a YouTube channel as a compressed-quality preview showcase. Platform encoding significantly degrades the mathematically precise frequency architecture embedded in Ecliptum's master files; this limitation is disclosed to viewers on the channel. Full-fidelity, uncompressed assets are available exclusively through direct purchase at ecliptum.pro/store. The YouTube channel serves as a pre-purchase demonstration resource — functionally equivalent to a free-tier preview standard among digital-software vendors — and not as a parallel commercial distribution channel. The Sanctuaries section at ecliptum.pro provides additional detailed previews of individual environments and is likewise a non-commercial showcase resource.

3.1. Anchor Currency. All Store prices are denominated and displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, is responsible for any localized currency conversion, applicable VAT/GST, and local tax presentation at checkout per Section 6.

3.2. Fixed Global Pricing (Boutique Model). Ecliptum operates a single, fixed worldwide price per SKU. We do not apply purchasing-power-parity (PPP) discounting, regional price tiers, or country-based price differentiation. This reflects Ecliptum's positioning as a precision-engineered, boutique audio product, consistent with premium digital-software pricing practice. All customers globally pay the same price for the same product.

3.3. Pricing Glitch Protection. Ecliptum and Paddle are not bound to honor transactions executed against a manifest pricing error, database corruption, or display glitch resulting in an obviously incorrect price. Such orders may be cancelled, with the exact amount paid returned to the original payment method.

4.1. Ecliptum's one-time catalog is organized around a four-phase Cyclical Block Architecture reflecting structured work/rest cycles, plus one unified bundle and one standalone flagship asset. Each SKU is a complete product package including all three standard components (Audio Container, Visual Container, Technical Passport) as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Service. Current published prices are as follows:

4.2. The 25-Minute Pivot Calibrator (Phase III) is delivered in one of two pre-configured operational profiles. The profile for each Sanctuary is determined exclusively by Ecliptum's internal production process and is disclosed in the individual product listing prior to purchase:

— Tactical Action profile (Alpha/Beta brainwave range): an evening calibration environment configured for active planning, structured learning, or high-retention preparation. In this profile, Phase I (50 min) and Phase III (25 min) together constitute the active Daylight Architecture, while Phase II (10 min) and Phase IV (90 min) constitute the Nocturnal Architecture (recovery and rest).

— Deep Wind-Down profile (Theta brainwave range): an evening calibration environment configured for decompression, somatic calming, and mental clearing before sleep. In this profile, Phase I (50 min) alone constitutes the Daylight Architecture, while Phase II (10 min), Phase III (25 min), and Phase IV (90 min) together constitute the Nocturnal Architecture.
Each individual Sanctuary SKU is delivered with exactly one pre-assigned profile. Profile selection or substitution by the Client is not available. The Client accepts the delivered profile as-is at the time of purchase, consistent with Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service.

4.3. Bundle Integrity. The Sanctuary Complex (175-Minute bundle) is sold exclusively as a single cohesive package. Its constituent phases share one environmental aesthetic, sonic identity, and Sanctuary lore, and cannot be unbundled, itemized, or cross-mixed with components from other Sanctuary configurations.

4.4. Each one-time SKU grants the copyright-based personal-use license described in the Terms of Service upon full and immediate digital delivery, consistent with Section 1 of the Refund Policy.

5.1. Ecliptum offers three recurring subscription tiers, each delivering a capped, scheduled allotment of specific named assets per billing cycle — not unlimited catalog access:

5.2. Access Model by Tier.

— Focus Resident and Sanctuary Resident operate on a Rolling Window access model: subscribers receive access to assets deployed during their active, paid subscription period via the user dashboard. Assets released prior to the subscription start date are not included. Upon cancellation or billing lapse, dashboard access to all previously delivered assets is deactivated at the end of the paid period. These tiers do not include permanent local download rights to the accumulated library.

— Continuum Visionary includes Rolling Window access to all current weekly releases plus access to the Ecliptum Legacy Archive. Archive Recall Tokens are monthly download credits that authorize permanent local download of selected archived assets: each token allows the Client to request and download one archived asset to their personal storage. A maximum of 3 tokens is issued per billing cycle; unused tokens do not carry over to the next cycle. This token structure is a deliberate fair-use safeguard against bulk extraction of the archive within a single subscription period.

5.3. Each subscription tier delivers a contractually defined, capped allotment of named assets per cycle. This is a fixed entitlement — functionally a recurring software-license subscription with a usage cap — not unrestricted streaming access.

5.4. All subscription billing, dunning, cancellation, and access-expiry mechanics are governed by Section 5 of the Refund Policy.

5.5. Billing Interval Options. Each subscription tier is available across four billing intervals. Selecting a longer interval prepays the corresponding period at a discount; the weekly asset allotment and plan inclusions remain identical regardless of the billing interval chosen.

5.6. Prepaid interval bundles renew automatically at the then-current rate for the same interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. No partial refund is issued for early cancellation or for switching to a shorter interval mid-cycle; access continues until the end of the prepaid period per Section 5 of the Refund Policy.

6.1. All transactions on the Store are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliated entities, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable transaction taxes (including EU/UK VAT, US state sales tax, and GST equivalents) based on the Client's checkout localization data.

6.2. Listed USD prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated at checkout; final tax-inclusive totals are calculated and displayed by Paddle prior to payment confirmation.

7.1. Ecliptum reserves the right to modify SKU prices, introduce new SKUs, or discontinue existing SKUs at any time. Changes are reflected on the live Store interface and on the Access Tiers page at ecliptum.pro, and do not require a formal amendment to this Policy.

7.2. Active subscribers are billed at the rate in effect at their most recent successful renewal. Price increases to a subscription plan apply prospectively from the next renewal following no less than 30 days' advance written notice to the email address on file.

Ecliptum does not currently offer Enterprise, B2B, or public-venue licensing (for offices, cafés, gyms, wellness centers, or similar shared environments). This is a deliberate technical and product-design boundary: Ecliptum's binaural-phase and frequency-tuning architecture requires accurate stereo playback through high-fidelity personal headphones with all audio enhancement disabled to function as designed. Deployment through ambient or loudspeaker setups in shared spaces is technically incompatible with the product and falls outside the current license grant (see Terms of Service, Section 5.3(b)). Any future Enterprise tier will be subject to a separate agreement and is not governed by this Policy.

This Policy is executed in English. Any translation provided is for reference only; the English text governs in all cases of conflict.

11.1. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.2. Entire Agreement on Pricing. This Policy, together with the Ecliptum Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between the Client and Ecliptum with respect to pricing and product composition, and supersedes any prior representations, including statements made through support communications or marketing materials.

11.3. No Waiver. Any exception Ecliptum may make to a pricing or billing term in an individual case does not set a precedent and does not constitute a waiver of this Policy for any subsequent case.
